Dr. Hanna Zharkina

Dr. Zharkina earned her BA in Biochemistry from Hunter College of New York. She subsequently received her DDS degree from NYU College of Dentistry, where she graduated at the top of her class. Her post-doctoral training included completing a general practice residency at Brooklyn VA Harbor Health Center, where she developed her passion for prosthetic and implant dentistry. Dr. Zharkina completed an Advanced Prosthodontic Residency at NYU College of Dentistry, where she earned her Certificate in Prosthodontics.Dr. Zharkina was a recipient of the Award for the Best Poster Aesthetic Case Presentation at the Meeting of American College of Prosthodontists. She is highly trained in full mouth rehabilitations on teeth, implants and aesthetics. She is proficient in prosthodontics, restorative and surgical aspects of implant dentistry, occlusion, and dental materials. She remains up to date with the latest trends and developments in dental techniques by attending conferences in prosthodontics and other continuing education courses.Dr. Zharkina is a member of American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She provides Cosmetics Wrinkle Treatments and Dermal fillers. Also Dr. Zharkina helps her patients to relieve TMJ Syndrome, migraine headaches and wide range of facial pain symptoms.Dr. Zharkina was a faculty in the Department of Cariology and Comprehensive Care at the NYU College of Dentistry. She instructed dental students in Fixed and Removable Procedures, as well as assisted in teaching Pre-Doctoral Prosthodontic Courses.
